Characterful base for exploring Nanao. It was a family-friendly hotel, we liked it. Plenty of options, EXCELLENT food. Our japanese-style room had climate control, a safe and a seating area.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During my Easter getaway, I had an amazing experience. the view from my room was breathtaking. I could see the beautiful bay and garden, which was a perfect start to my day. the hot spring bath was a delightful feature. It was always quiet and relaxing, which was surprising given that the hotel was quite busy during my stay. the location of the hotel was ideal. It was away from the center, providing a calm atmosphere for anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful getaway.
There were a few drawbacks during my stay. I couldn't open the windows of my room to let in fresh air.

My stay at a ryokan in this city was memorable, and I cannot recommend it enough. The hotel's hospitality was the best part of my stay, with staff going out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Further, the hotel facilities, including the outdoor onsen, were of excellent quality and added to the serene and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to transportation and beautiful views of the surrounding area.
Nothing to be said.

Good Food and Location
Stayed here for a weekend getaway and overall enjoyed our time. The location was convenient and offered a beautiful view of the bay. The food served during dinner was fresh and flavorful, with a focus on local seasonal produce. We also appreciated the spacious onsen, which was clean and maintained.
The staff was inconsistent in their service. While some were friendly and helpful, others showed favoritism towards Japanese guests.

We stayed at a traditional Japanese hotel with great spa facilities that offered different onsen features, including hot and cold options and a sauna. The breakfast options were pretty good, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooms facing the sea.
The room decorations and furnishings look dated, and there were limited options for a la carte dining.
